Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between eg222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any person ("you", "the Player") who registers, accesses or uses the eg222 online gaming platform available at eg222.vu and any associated domains or mobile experiences. These Terms form a binding legal agreement. By registering an account or placing a bet or wager through eg222, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the platform or participate in any game or betting activity offered by eg222. Your continued use of the eg222 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or dispute. eg222 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via the Platform or by email where contact details have been provided.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use eg222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eg222 is strictly an adult-only platform and does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or participate in any capacity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of another person, business entity or third party.
• You must not already hold a registered eg222 account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, eg222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances pending review.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details updated at all times. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of eg222 or its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless specific written authorisation has been provided.

Account Registration and Security

To access eg222's services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and to create a password. By completing registration, you confirm you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. The following rules apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify eg222 support immediately by email.
• eg222 uses SSL encryption on all connections including the login and registration pages. Notwithstanding this, you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access the Platform.
• eg222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised person, or is otherwise operating in breach of these Terms.
• You must log out of your eg222 account when using a shared or public device. eg222 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to secure your account on a shared device.

eg222 may require players to complete an identity verification process (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals or at any other point in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. Players who do not complete KYC when requested may have their withdrawals delayed or their accounts restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

eg222 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at eg222's discretion. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your eg222 account balance immediately upon successful processing. eg222 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit. eg222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in the player's name, or payment methods not previously used by the player.
• eg222 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 10 minutes for standard withdrawal requests. This is a target timeframe, not a guaranteed service level. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required under eg222's KYC procedures.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player or using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• eg222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal being cancelled.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

eg222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn.
• eg222 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings where it reasonably believes a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of the terms of the promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming activity on the eg222 platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player's account, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process, or used in conjunction with another bonus unless the specific promotion expressly permits this.
• Promotional offers are available to players in Bangladesh subject to the Platform's eligibility criteria. eg222 reserves the right to limit, modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect players who have already commenced meeting the wagering requirement of an active bonus.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the player's account at the scheduled time. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the end of the promotional period stated in the offer.

eg222 may offer seasonal promotions tied to significant dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26) and Victory Day (December 16), as well as cricket events such as BPL and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer and by these general Terms.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the eg222 platform, including casino games, slots, live casino tables, crash games and sports betting:

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed. eg222 will not accept requests to cancel, reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where a manifest error by eg222 has occurred (see below).
• eg222 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live game outcomes. Live casino game results are determined by the physical equipment at the live studio. Both systems are independently audited and results cannot be manipulated by the Platform or predicted by the player.
• In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to a technical fault, incorrect odds display, or erroneous payout calculation), eg222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. eg222 will not be obligated to honour winnings arising from a manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by eg222 at any time. Individual player account limits may also be applied where eg222 deems this appropriate for responsible gaming purposes.
• Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international matches), football and other sports at eg222's discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to match commencement. Once a bet has been accepted at specific odds, those odds are locked for that bet.

eg222 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets or delay settlement in circumstances where the integrity of a sporting event is in question, where eg222 receives information about the outcome of an event prior to its scheduled conclusion, or where a technical fault has affected the event or the Platform's ability to record bets accurately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eg222 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed and any balances or winnings forfeited at eg222's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account on the eg222 platform, or colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, algorithm or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source. eg222 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability or pricing mistake on the Platform to generate artificial winnings. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing eg222 staff, customer support agents or other players through any communication channel including the Platform's chat functions or support email.
• Attempting to access the eg222 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographical restrictions or other Platform controls.

Responsible Gaming

eg222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools that registered players can access at any time from their account settings to manage their gaming activity. These tools are free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount you can add to your eg222 account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: caps on the amount you can lose in a specified period. As with deposit limits, decreases are immediate and increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: notifications triggered after a set period of continuous play, reminding you how long you have been active on the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the eg222 platform without the prior written consent of eg222 or the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eg222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer the platform or any part of it to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eg222's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• eg222 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error or technical fault at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform functions.
• eg222 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time you began using the Platform.
• eg222 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses arising from use of a shared device, disclosure of account credentials to a third party, or failure to log out of an active session.
• Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

eg222 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services and in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at eg222.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account with eg222, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

eg222 applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard encryption. eg222 does not sell or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

eg222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eg222 will give reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. For significant changes, eg222 may also notify players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the eg222 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to eg222's operating jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gaming laws and regulations are subject to change, and it is the player's responsibility to ensure that their participation in online gaming complies with the laws of their own country and locality.

In the event of a dispute between a player and eg222, the player should contact eg222 support in the first instance by email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. eg222 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the matter may be referred to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the applicable governing law.
